Adrian is the owner and Managing Director, he started the business in 2011 leaving a head of business position at Lincoln Audi after 25 years. Adrian is happily married, he is a father and a grandfather. He loves a holiday and anything DIY. He has a collection of too many old motorbikes and cars that are constantly in the way. He is very well known throughout our local community and is the main reason all of our staff work here and love their working lives.

Steve is one of our founding members and helped to start the company back in 2011. Steve has over 20 years of motor trade experience. He is happily married and a devoted family man with 2 boys and a dog. In his spare time, he coaches his lads football team and loves the occasional game of golf with a handicap of 5. Steve once flew out with the Manchester United team, meeting and chatting to Wayne Rooney and Christiano Ronaldo, he also scored a winning goal at old Trafford although he is a Spurs fan!

Stephen is one of the original group who started the company back in 2011 he has been in the motor trade over 27 years.  He recently celebrated his 33rd wedding anniversary to his wife Jane and is very proud of his son, who is currently undertaking a PHD at university.  Stephen loves chess, Politics and is an ardent Geocacher, Stephen and Jane have notched up a very impressive 13000 finds in over 20 countries.

Brad left a management position at an Audi Main Dealer to start with us back in 2014. He progressed through from Sales to Finance Manager, Sales Manager and is now our General Manager and a Director. Brad has over 20 years of motor trade experience. He is happily married to Rachel and has 2 beautiful daughters. He loves music, golf and football, he supports Sheffield Wednesday FC. Brad was a bit of an adrenaline junkie when he was younger. He did 2 sky dives, a Bunji jump and he did the Bull Run in Pamplona and lived to tell the tale.

Nathan Started with us in 2012, he has sold more cars than anyone else in the business and has now progressed onto become one of our Showroom Managers. What Nathan doesn’t know about vehicles and sales literally isn’t worth knowing, he has over 16 years of motor trade experience. Nathan is happily married to Suzy and they have a beautiful daughter, Dottie. Nathan Loves football, he is an avid supporter of Liverpool FC, he is the proud owner of a life sized cardboard Steven Gerrard. Nathan is a very good golfer with a semi pro handicap of 2 and once scored -1 round Lough Erne in Ireland. He loves planes.

Martyn worked for us for 5 years starting back in 2013, he left to gain some management experience at the Audi and Ford Main Dealers, we were very happy to welcome him back in 2024 as part of our management team. Martyn is married to Liz and has two mischievous boys. He loves a round of golf and is three time winner of the infamous orange jacket, he is a dab hand at a BBQ and once sky dived whilst he was travelling Australia. Martyn is that likable he was once invited to do a speech at a wedding he wasn’t invited to.

Adam started with the business in 2014, he has over 16 years motor trade experience, he started with us in sales and has progressed onto become one of our Showroom Managers. Adam is very knowledgeable about all thing’s cars. Adam loves Levante Football Club and goes to Spain often to support them with his friends. Adam almost did an Iron man once, he also raised a huge amount of money for St Barnabas by cycling to every Premier League ground in the country.

Simon has over 26 years of motor trade experience, he has been with us for over 10 years. Simon can pretty much fix anything and everything and we are lucky to have him here doing it for us. Simon loves the outdoors, he’s a keen cyclist, enjoys hiking and spending time with his family and their dog.

Raymond started with us in 2016 he is married with 3 daughters who are now living their best lives in various locations around the world. Raymond is our in-house patron saint, he is involved in Lincoln church serving the needs of many in our local community and has had a 29 yearlong involvement in a Lincoln based charity working in several African countries. You will struggle to meet a nicer guy. He’s a keen cyclist, hill walker and mountain climber, he has had several near-death experiences including a very close encounter with a black mamba snake but thankfully for us he is still here today

Paul has been with us since 2014 and has over 20 years of motor trade experience. Paul is a big movie fan especially anything from the 1980’s. He loves visiting new places and spending time with his family. Paul recently bumped into teenage childhood crush Belinda Carlisle in a hotel lift but was too starstruck to ask for a photo.

Mark Started with us in 2015, Mark has spent his whole life since school perfecting vehicles, when Mark isn’t repairing vehicles he loves the outdoors, he has done the Yorkshire three peaks and the Castle to Coast on his bike for charity. He has a wonderful family and two children he loves to spend time with.

Connor joined us in 2019 as a trainee salesman. Connor has such a likable, friendly personality, everyone loves him and he can boast he is our best reviewed salesman. Connor enjoys football, going to the gym and spending time with his fiancée. Connor recently took part in a body building competition which he did well in.

Tom joined us in 2019 as a Trainee Salesman. Tom is a true professional and that shows in everything he does. Tom loves football and used to play at a very high level for Leicester and Sheffield United football clubs, unfortunately he suffered a knee injury but has found his niche here with us in sales and also out on the golf course.

Sam started with us in 2019 from a Mercedes main dealer. He has over 11 years of motor trade experience. Sam is a big family man who works to live and make memories, he has a warm friendly demeanour which will be why all of our customers love him. Sam has 5 kids, he enjoys watching football, particularly when his 3 boys are playing as he coaches his sons football team. He enjoys watching comedy, his favourite being the legendary ‘Only Fools and Horses’ When he was younger he had his own pigeon loft and competed in the north road racing pigeon federation, winning many trophies including the Peterborough and district youth trophy in 1997.

Alex joined us in 2020 and worked as a Service Advisor for 2 years. He excelled in that position and joined our sales team in 2023. Alex is the whole package, friendly, helpful and professional, nothing is too much trouble. In his spare time Alex enjoys a round of golf and play off an enviable 8 handicap, he also loves to spend time with his wife and dog.

Chris started with us in 2016 from an Audi main dealer where he was the Luxury Car Advocate. He has over 20 years of motor trade experience. Chris is a dad and a grandad and one of his sons works here in our service department he also has a love for Chelsea FC. Chris has a particularly meticulous nature, if you are looking for your vehicle to be as perfect as can be ask for Chris.

George Joined us in 2019 from Pentagon Motor Group and has over 9 years of motor trade experience. George moulded his place in our sales team quickly and he has been an asset ever since, he is consistently one of our top performers. George has a love for Lincoln City football club as well as his wife and two children.

Ben’s love of people and cars instigated a career change so he laid down his building tools and joined us back in February 2024.  Ben has worked in various departments through the business and is liked by all.  Ben has been a keen Kickboxer since the age of 11, he also loves to spend time with his girlfriend and enjoys a good movie night from time to time.

Toni started with us in October 2024 and this is her first job in the motor industry.  Toni has a friendly, outgoing nature which meant she settled in straight away and is an integral part of our team.  Toni enjoys the outdoors, she loves walking her pooch around the Wolds and sampling its delightful country pubs.  Toni’s favourite holiday destination is Cornwall, she loves the north cost for the surfing and the amazing range of restaurants down there.

Chris joined with our service department in 2016, he has over 18 years of motor trade experience. Chris has worked in almost every position in the motor trade and has now found his niche. Chris has a very friendly, personable nature despite being an avid Chelsea supporter. When he is not following them home and away he loves spending time with his beautiful family and his dog Chester. His father also works here in our sales department and is arguably one of the best looking 60 year olds you will ever meet!

Hannah started with us in April 2023 and was completely new to the motor trade. She has a very gentle and kind nature, her customer service is excellent. Hannah enjoys baking and classic cars, Hannah has owned a 1956 Morris Minor for 7 years and this was her first car.

Steve has been with us since October 2019, he has over 25 years of motor trade experience. Steve loves football a bit of horse racing and of course spending time with his beautiful family. Steve is a fantastic character and has such a great sense of humour his special talent is singing karaoke, and he can balance a pint on his head.
