I have been using Just Audi for several years now. I can honestly say that the whole staff in every department are a true credit to the company. Helpful, friendly and attentive. I always think they are the go to company before others. Well done guys! Another outstanding experience with Just Audi. My car was booked in for an oil leak repair and Just Audi made the whole thing stress free and ensured there was no inconvenience to me. I was able to use their loan car for the duration and they kept me up to date throughout the whole time the car was with them. They managed the claim process with the warranty company and I did not need to get involved in this at all. When my car was ready it was delivered back to me (cleaned) to swap with the loan car. The repair was fully completed and tested and I was given full paperwork for the job done. I highly recommend Just Audi - they make any service/repairs stress free and do a great job. Many thanks to Steve and the team Thank you team Just Audi VW - we had an issue with our Audi Q7 during covid 19 without hesitation the car was booked in and inspected, within 10 minutes of the car being dropped off Simon the technician was on the phone to me explaining the fault, Emma in the service department quickly arranged the work to be done and 2 days later the car is repaired, cleaned and back on the road. Thank you! New update - my father in law and mother in law purchased a new car, they had a bad week with a family emergency and just Audi went the extra mile by supplying some flowers and some beer ! - says it all on how good they are. Thank you Love this dealership we have had at least 6 cars serviced by them over a 10year period ,and brought and sold cars back too them , my cars always seem to feel better after service or check up , and staff will always have time for you. Totally recommend Bought serveral cars from these guys. Connor in sales is a top chap, nothing too much trouble. Just had a service and cambelt change. Wouldn't go anywhere else now. 5☆ all round for a great team. Fantastic car dealer,tom was helpful and not pushy and was super helpful,quick process as well. Would definitely recommend My Audi was in for full service and some extras, very polite, was completed in the time stated. Will be using again for anything in the future!
